The venue asked for a seating chart by Friday, the spreadsheet has three versions, and nobody agrees where Uncle Ray sits. SeatChartBase keeps the boring useful parts in one browser tab.

You get a seating work surface, a guest list that can feed it, and budget pages that turn one total into category dollars. You do not get venue booking, planner matching, or RSVP email blasts.

What is SeatChartBase?: Free browser tools for wedding seating charts, guest lists, and rough budget splits. Not a marketplace. Not a classroom seating app.
Do I need an account?: No. Work in the tab; export when you are done.
Will my guest list upload to your servers?: The seating and budget tools are built to run locally in your browser for this product. Treat any paste box like a normal web form; we are not selling your guest list to florists.
Can I print the seating chart?: Yes. Use Print or export CSV / A–Z find-your-seat from the chart tools. The printable landing uses the same path.
Is the budget a real vendor quote?: No. Planning estimate only. Confirm with written quotes.
Do you find venues near me?: No. We do not run a lead form for halls or planners.
