Privacy

SeatChartBase is built so you can arrange guests and sketch a budget without uploading a wedding spreadsheet to a signup wall. You type names, +1s, table sizes, and dollar totals; the browser (and a Web Worker when available) does the arrangement and math. Close the tab and those inputs leave with the page — we do not store them as a vendor lead file.

What stays on your device

• Guest names, +1 flags, RSVP notes, table labels, and seat assignments
• Budget totals, category percentages, and calculated dollar caps
• CSV or print output you generate — until you save or send it somewhere else
• Optional theme preference may live in localStorage on your device only

Accounts

There are none. No sign-up, no saved wedding project on our servers, and no mailing-list wall before the tools work. If you export CSV and upload it to Drive, email, or a planner portal, that copy follows whatever rules apply on the service you chose.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3S4Z88X4YQ) to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, approximate country/region, device type, browser, and referral source. IP addresses are anonymized. Analytics is not linked to guest names, budget totals, or any account (we do not have accounts). Using the tools does not require analytics.

Consent Mode defaults: analytics_storage granted for measurement; ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization denied while advertising is off. Config also disables Google signals for this property. GA4 may set cookies such as _ga for session measurement.

Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Opt out with Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Ads

Display ads are not enabled today. If ads are turned on later, third-party ad networks may set cookies per their policies — this page will be updated. Guest names and budget figures still stay local to the tool math.

What may leave the device

• Email you send us voluntarily if you contact support
• Aggregate Google Analytics 4 traffic data (not guest names or budget inputs) — see above
• Normal host security logs (IP, user agent, path, timestamp) for abuse prevention — not used to rebuild your seating chart

Email

If you write us, we receive whatever you put in the message (URL, screenshots, sample rows). We use that to fix bugs or answer the question — not to sell your guest list to florists or venues.
