You are mid-arrangement and need to swap pairs; you think in tool / planner language; you want local-first editing.

When not to

You need a blank downloadable grid only → template pages. You want vendor matching → not this product.

Reception default. Arrangement state lives in the browser session until you export.

Worked examples

How it works

  1. Load or type guests.
  2. Set tables and capacities.
  3. Arrange / re-arrange until the pool is empty (or intentionally buffered).
  4. Export CSV, A–Z, or print.

Common traps

  • Arrangement tools in search often mean heavy planner SaaS — we stay couple-side and exportable.
  • Do not arrange before +1s stabilize.
  • A light DB story still means you own the export — we are not your venue portal.
  • Dragging for vibes without meal counts will annoy the caterer.
