When not to

Assumptions
US-style invitation + RSVP flow. Cultural must-invite rules vary; the tool will not adjudicate family law. Target headcount comes from your venue/budget, not from our default %.
Worked examples
Input: Venue cap 120; draft list 160.
Output: 40 names marked if-room; first wave invites = 120.
B-list only after declines — date those invites.
Input: Partner families each submit 70 names with overlap.
Output: dedupe household rows; true unique count 118.
Overlap is common with childhood friends.

Common traps
